LKAB Mekaniska

LKAB Mekaniska is a workshop specializing in steel construction and machining. We have the machines, facilities, and expertise to develop, design, and deliver everything from small components to large steel structures.

Your role

As a Planner, you will be responsible for creating and following up on schedules, managing order flows, and ensuring that deliveries occur as planned. You will work on developing forecasts and optimizing production flows in our systems, while also solving everyday problems and finding effective solutions when conditions change. The role involves close contact with customers, internal teams, and suppliers, which requires good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate. You will actively contribute to developing working methods and processes to create structure and efficiency in the organization.

What you bring with you

We are looking for someone who is structured and analytical, with the ability to see the big picture while also prioritizing effectively. You are a problem solver who acts quickly and takes initiative when needed, without waiting for others. You are unpretentious and put the team before yourself, while also having a curiosity and desire to understand flows and work content. You are driven to develop and improve working methods and processes systematically and have a strong focus on safety, quality, and delivery. You are happy to let others take credit for progress and have a natural desire to learn new things, even on your own initiative outside working hours.

You also bring with you:

• High school education.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in planning or similar tasks is an advantage.
• Experience with Monitor and IFS is an advantage.
